Ingredients
1 cup coconut
1 cup organic pasteurised milk
1 cup organic sugar
1 cup organic unbleached wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/3 cup pure cream
180g organic dark chocolate
1. Sift flour and baking powder together into bowl. Add all other ingredients. Mix together.
2. Bake for 30 minutes in moderate oven or until cooked when tested.
3. Allow to cool before icing.
4. Ganache icing- place cream and chocolate in saucepan. Stir over low heat until chocolate has melted. Place in the fridge and spread over cake.
