Changing habits, changing lives

I was catching up on some blog reading the other day and came across a reference to a book called Changing Habits Changing Lives by Cyndi O'Meara. On further investigation, it turned out that a great friend of mine had the book and cookbook, which I am now reading.

Her strategy is to change habits- one at a time. So the first habit is to change what I have for breakfast. She gives a number of options for what you can have for breakfast. And you need to do this for 2 weeks. For me the most attractive option is the fruitonly breakfast. So for the next 2 weeks I can have as many pieces of fresh fruit as I like through the morning, or fresh fruit and veg juices. Then have lunch at midday.
