1 million kilo challenge ends!

The 10 week 1 million kilo challenge finished over Easter. I am pleased to say that I have lost a further 8.3kg over the 10 week program (helped along a little by a tummy bug over easter...). I feel better, healthier, stronger and am noticing my clothes fitting better and some are even now too big. In total, since February 2011, I have lost 14.3kg- something I need to remember on those bad, unmotivated days when I don't feel like I have achieved anything. That new, slimmer wardrobe is still a reality sometime soon...
With the 1 million kilo challenge over, Weigh It Up, which has been the backbone of the 1 million kilo challenge, is the place most of us are heading. They have an 8 week autumn challenge coming up. It is all totally free and gives you access to meal plans, exercise plans, forums, advice and recipes galore. I like that it is free, supported and realistic about goal setting. Each week you track your weight online and for me it is a nice accountability to have. Check it out!
