Thermomix Strawberry & Lemon Sorbet


Ingredients
100g rapadura sugar
200g strawberries
1/2 lemon, peeled, seeds removed
1 egg white
700g ice cubes

1. Mill rapadura sugar to powder form.
2. Add fruit, then 350g ice and egg white. Blend for 20 seconds. Add remaining ice and blend for a further 40 seconds.
