This amazing hot chocolate was whipped up in the Thermomix in just 6 1/2 minutes. Yum!
Ingredients
600g organic unhomogenised milk
40g organic drinking chocolate
organic raw sugar to taste
Place all ingredients in the Thermomix. Heat for 6 minutes 30 seconds at 80 degrees on speed 5.
Once milk has reached this temperature, froth on for 20 seconds on speed 8.
The organic unhomogenised milk gives the most amazing taste and froth! YUM!
