- mushrooms- 100g
- salmon
- organic milk
- cheese (full fat organic if possible)
- sour cream (must be full fat)
- feta cheese
- butter puff pastry
- walnuts
- pine nuts
- mayo (Thomy brand)
- tin tomatoes (organic if possible)
MONDAY- Chilli Con Carne
TUESDAY- Vegetable Stew
WEDNESDAY- Taco Salad
THURSDAY- Salmon, Sweet Potato Mash & Capsicums
FRIDAY- Vegetarian Sausage Rolls
I realised that my beautiful friend who leant me the Changing Habits Changing Lives books in the first place gets home from her holiday to America next week so I am going to have to buy myself a copy of her books!
