Baking Donna Hay style

Even though I can't eat any baking at the moment, I had the urge and need to bake today so I made a number of things, including these banana choc chip muffins and buttermilk layer cake from the Donna Hay Kids Magazine.

We shared the chocolate cake at home group. It was quite rich with the cream cheese icing but still enjoyable.
