Day One- shopping day- getting all the things you need for the first week of the program.
Day Two-
- Breakfast- fresh fruit (pieces or juice) and one boiled egg OR protein shake (I chose the fruit and egg)
- Lunch- chicken and salad sandwich- free range chicken with a salad of lettuce, carrot, avocado and tomato, seasoned with salt and pepper and home made salad dressing. (No bread for me)
- Afternoon Tea- at least 2 pieces of fruit and 12 almonds
- Dinner- fish with potato mash and salad- I had chicken as I couldn't find any fresh fish. Potato mash was made with real butter and milk. Salad was lettuce, carrot, tomato, avocado, grated beetroot and feta cheese.
I am really enjoying it and feeling so much better for it. Bring on day 21 I say!
