We took the side off Joel's cot today as it converts to a Junior bed. We are a bit dubious about how this would go, considering the boys are in the same room. Would the temptation to climb out and into Kaleb's bed be too much?
It doesn't appear that way. He was so excited to be able to get into bed on his own and to have a pillow. Seems he fell asleep without fuss! Yay!
(I'll get a picture when I can- I don't want to risk waking them up with the camera flash...)
UPDATE: Well, Joel went well until Midnight when he came out of his bed. I could hear him saying "mum, mum, mum". So we have had to put the side up slightly on the bed so he can't clilmb out but it is a start and he just loves going to bed like Kaleb.
