Wednesday 30th September
The extra-special treat for our holiday was going to Australia Zoo. And because it happenned to be during the school holidays we saw Terri, Bindi and Bob during the show in the Crocoseum. It was a fun filled day of crocodiles, tortises, lizards, snakes, elephants, birds, pandas, tigers, koalas, kangaroos and most other things of the animal kind. Kaleb went up to feed Siam the Elephant but Jas ended up feeding her- up and close is just a little too up and close! I think we all left the Zoo with a greater appreciation for animals and the work the Zoo does to protect, conserve and preserve these precious creatures. The highlight of the day- defeintly the elephants!
